4.0 out of 5 stars Overcoming Jealousy, March 31, 2000
By A Customer
When I read this book, I felt very familiar about my own feeling and situation. I used to wonder why I had this jealous feeling about my relationship, and I felt quilty about feeling that way. It really bothered me a lot. After I read this book, I clearly understood the difference between "healthy jealousy" and "unhealthy jealousy". The Author gives a lot of examples to compare these two different jealousies. I learned how to change negative jealousy into healthy emotion from this book. This book is a really helpful for peopel who suffer from feelings of insecurity.

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved it, May 13, 2001

Great book. Very practical. Cuts right to the heart of the issue without a lot of psychological mumbo jumbo. I bought three books on the topic and this was the best of them. Its harder to put the suggestions into practice as this is a tough issue to overcome but the book and its logic could not be better.

I just got this book today and decided to read it while waiting for my laundry at the laundromat. It is an excellent book- so much so that I am already done with it. It did a nice job of getting right to the heart of my issue(s). There are plenty of examples and real, practical instructions on how to tackle the problems associated with jealousy. I highly recommend this book!
