This book discusses the cons of choosing to live in a lonely state and also discusses behavior patterns of those who are lonely. It has a spiritual basis and lots of Biblical examples. I liked it.

I found this book to be sound biblically and an easy read ... but I would consider it more an overview and introduction to dealing with loneliness ... the book did not seem to go deep enough for those who have suffered intensely with loneliness over their lifetime ... perhaps I misinterpreted the purpose of the book ... bottom line, perhaps a good place to start but those...
