Many of the things mentioned in the book apply to many situations that involve problem solving, but that does not mean they are irrelevant. Her descriptions of the various forms of OCD were helpful. People joke about having OCD, so it is good to hear what really qualifies as OCD behaviors.

At approximately 16 pages, this little guide book does a wonderful job of detailing what OCD is, how to combat it - and overcome it!

Written very clearly and smoothly, this little informative book by Anna Everitt is a must-have for anyone that feels they may be suffering from OCD or anyone living with an OCD sufferer.

Although small, this book contains a wealth of extremely helpful strategies guaranteed to help reduce or eliminate the impact of OCD.

I highly recommend this book!

I'm struggling with obsessive compulsive disorder for a few years now, never had the courage to seek help, until now. I've read this book with hope of putting some light on my condition and finally change it. I have to say that this book revealed what actually caused OCD in my case, and helped me to define my state in a more understandable way. I'm feeling more confident that I will overcome my behaviors with the solutions provided in this book. Very important thing was that I've learned what triggers my behaviors and be more aware, and try to control tchem. Very informative and helpful book.
