This is actually the second copy of this book I've bought. I lost my first copy. I cannot recommend a self help book more highly than this one. The authors clearly explain the use of rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) to help put an end to irrational thoughts that fuel anxiety and depression. The book is short enough to read quickly, but still covers essential ideas and techniques. It also has a crash course section in the back of the book for those who have a challenge coming up and don't have time to read the entire book right away. Reading the book will help, but doing the exercises is essential. I hope this book helps you as much as it has me.
