Book Description

July 1997
Real or Imagined? Just how real is the occult? Is it actually that big of a threat? And what does it consist of? It is indeed real. And it is actually a bigger threat than posed by many. It is far more than an image of a sneaky little devil figure in a red suit carrying a pitchfork. Satan's legions include demons of all kinds, articles and activities that come packaged as games or innocent artifacts. It includes the New Age movement, witchcraft, and cleverly disguised programs, organizations, rituals, and governments. It is everything not committed to and united with Jesus Christ. Terry Ann Modica is an expert on the power of the occult. She lived it. At age 14 she began contacting spirits through seances. She had already used a Ouija board and soon began using Tarot cards. This review is from: Overcoming the Power of the Occult (Paperback)
This is an amazing book! I learned so much from it and am passing it around. I feel that everyone should read this. The information is priceless. Our society is forgetting the evils in the world and glamorizing them. People both young and old have no idea what is truely right and wrong for our souls. Countless doorways to evil are opened through dabbling in the occult. Occult activity is only on the rise, especially amongst the youth. It is extremely important to spread the message that evil is all around. The devil's greatest lie is that he does not exist. Prayer, fasting, & the Eucharist are our main weapons in this great battle. However, this book is a wonderful addition to that fight. I encourage everyone to read it and pray that all who do will see the light of the Lord.
