This man really put extensive effort into preventing sexual abuse of further children. I applaud and salute him for his work. I don't know why he ended up reoffending- perhaps all those damn hormones in our meat and dairy products. But he's locked up again, thank God and our vigilant system, but I still think his book is a winner. It aught to be required reading in Police Academies...
