The author, a self-confessed "shy person" since his adolescent years, shares his insights and counsel with all who fear that their shyness is holding them back socially, in the workplace, and even spiritually. His honest and practical advice gives readers the courage to take new steps of assertiveness that don't violate their basic personalities.
