I am from Argentina and I own a restoration Garage, let me tell you the guys that work on that show are very good profesionals. They do, great restorations with just some minor touches of excentricity. If you love cars, this is a MUST show, just sit down in front of the TV and enjoy the best rides ever.

I would still recommend this dvd to anyone who got into the 'Rides' series or enjoys watching American Chopper. However, it's just not quite all up there, the dvd doesn't run continuously - the show is broken up by the 'overhaulin' logo coming up (in preparation for some commercials) then kicks straight back in with a recap on most occasions...to me this detracts from the overall viewing experience, because it just breaks the continuity of the show and doesn't let you get completely into it.

The special features are an excellent addition and add some more enjoyment hours to what is still a pretty good dvd. The concept of tricking the mark, and tricking out the car is fine, but I just wish more time was spent on the actual build and why specific products are being used (other than for the reason they were donated by the respective companies for some product placement advertisements). That's where my 'too much entertainment' comes in The overriding factor in this production is the work/designs of Chip Foose which warrant a complete series in themselves and in Overhaulin' represent the enlightenment. I'm sure i wouldn't be the only one to part with money so see a number of chip foose creations go from concept to completion.

Anyway, i'm digressing...I'd give it 5 stars, but the quasi add breaks spoil it a little. If this sort of thing doesn't bother you then consider this a 5 star rating

This set of DVDs were very, very nice. I hope the next season they show more details on customizing the cars.

Good Deal!!! Enjoyed watching Chip Foose & his team of automotive experts restore & bring back to life classic & modern day hot rods & one of a kind rides.

I still have not received this DVD box set since it was "Media Mail" shipped to be on September 15, 2009.
I'm surprised this online seller isn't familiar with how long this type of shipping to Hawaii takes and they
should make some type of disclaimer in it's shipping rates. I would have gladly paid extra to have it shipped
priority mail if I had known.

I really like the concept. A very good and informative video.
