Truly - Bill was born in Miami Florida. Shortly after being born his Parents moved to Key Biscayne. Before moving to Tucson Arizona, spent a winter in New Jersey. Bill attended the University of Arizona, Pima College, CAC, and University of California.
Bill started a few business, before joining his father, and then his brother and later still his Sister in the Family Business.
Before attending the U of A; Bill attended CAC and was the year book photo editor and studied communications.
