The umbrella came without the ruffle, which made me sad, but not sad enough to take the time to return it since the wedding is close and a white wedding umbrella may not even be needed. IT does surprise me that I did not receive exactly what I ordered, first time EVER through AMAZON.com that this has happened.

I recieved this umbrella, and I was very excited, but the picture makes it look prettier than it is. It does have a white ruffle, and a white handle, but that is about all the "frills" or prettiness that it can boast.

Great item!
Being white, you still have to squint a bit, but it is a very stylish sun protector.
