5.0 out of 5 stars Owls - The Beautiful Predators, May 23, 2000
This review is from: Owls (World Life Library) (Paperback)
This is a wonderful book which combines haunting photographs, flowing prose and an easy reference guide. It is more than an ordinary bird guide book because Keith Graham writes highly readable descriptions of the Owls featured rather than the tightly packed information which is common to bird books. The owl-to-a-page guide at the back of the book also makes for easy reference and identification of the birds.

The author writes from his perspective, which makes the book more personal and meaningful for the reader.

In addition, the photographs alone make the book worth buying.

I would highly recommend this book for any bird or nature-lover.
