This book was almost as tough to find as some home owners you are trying to track down.
Segel offers excellent ways of finding "lost" owners. It may not be the most entertaining, but it is the most incisive book on trying to find out not just who owns the property (in this day and age, that is easy), but a way to contact them by finding out where they now are. Many times, a homeowner can get lost, property falling into heirs hands and so forth. As such, finding the rightful owner can be a challenge. This book is the best at finding the person or persons you need. |
