George Rosenberg's informative manual on how to successfully participate in carry back financing, is the best that I have come across. It provides instruction specific enough to allow the reader to immediately begin to apply the principles learned. Mr. Rosenberg offers a no-nonsense approach to this little known, and potentially profitable [for all parties involved!] area of real estate finance. Highly recommended.LDC Licensed Real Estate Agent

Those who order this book should know that it is NOT an authorized verzion. Dry Bones Press has nothing in writing from the authors permitting them to sell this book and to keep all proceeds from it. The authors object strongly but do not seem to be able to prevent this pirating practice. |
