I discovered this workbook in a round about way however it really helped me when I met someone after my first trip to Europe. Whether you are in a long distance relationships, newly engaged, about to marry or even those couple who need to get reacquainted again, it's a way to be completely honest with yourself first, and then be able to share yourself with your lover. I recommend that you order two, one for the each of you, fill them out and then trade or as my mate and I did. We read the same pages of each other's manual together and then discuss what we learned about ourself and each other.

A friend recommended that my boyfriend and I check out the "Owner's Manual." I bought two copies and spent an entire evening writing virtual instructions for my boyfriend... from how to rouse me from sleep to the best way to shake me out of a bad mood. It could not be any easier for him to finally understand the nuances of my hectic personality! I felt like I was writing in a diary and giving really intimate details into my life which, hopefully, will make my man all the more aware...

The book is relatively short, divided into sections with fill in the blank and short answer questions in each subject area. Has a beautiful cover -- not your typical scholarly-looking relationship workbook. Took a couple hours to thoughtfully answer all of the questions.

A must for any couple, new or old! My boyfriend is happy... and grateful for the prompts that made him think more fully about what makes him tick. Wonderful Christmas gift for all of your coupled friends!!

Me and my boyfriend have been together for four and a half years. For his b-day I got a copy of this book for each of us and we swapped. You may think you know everything about your boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife, but you'd be surprised at the things this book includes. It has been so much fun for us and such a pleasure to go through. A great reminder that there's always more to learn.

What a clever play on words, I love that title. The content is brilliant too, full of ageless wisdom and a great sense of love that inspires and heals. True medicine for the soul. I'm very sorry for the reviewer who dislikes the title. He could try counselling.
