I have tried the methods shown on this video and, as the video says, found the exercises comforting to both my dog and myself. Bradley had been favoring one leg in a minor way. The massage therapy "Cured" him after a few sessions. I intend to continue with the various methods as it seems to keep this field dog, who spends too much time on the couch, in better shape.

Terrific for my dog. He loves my massages. My cat, however, does not like massages. I think this item would be great for dog owners and maybe some cat owners, depending on the cat.
