I was pressed for time in receiving this book in time for a course that was to start the following week. I was told the amount of days it would take for me to receive the item I requested. It was definitely delivered in that time frame and the book was new and packaged securely. I will definitely order again instead of paying the high cost my university charges in their book store. A customer for life, great service!!!
