Oxford Pallaitive Care Handbood
This is a very good book which has excellent resources. It is a good book for practitioners and has good management of symptoms.

Too much for a handbook
You could tell that the book was written for mass medical personel since it includes a lot of meaningless information. The book is thick and not very user friendly. I don't recommend it.
