My English students here in the Kurdish region of Iraq find this dictionary very helpful. Most are Kurds who also know Arabic, while some are Arabs whose first language is Arabic. Regardless of their native language, they are helped by the clear English definitions of each word, the distinctions between the various senses of the same word, and the distinctions between homonyms.
