I used OXIOUT on an expensive pair of men's wool slacks and a large spot of discoloration remained. I was told to return the pants for their technicians to evaluate. Weeks went by. I called several times, no answer. More calls and phone number no longer working. Finally a man called saying he is returning the wool pants, for the product is not to be used on wool or silk. He said that is written on each tube. I searched each word on the tube, no mention of any fabric.

I emailed the man last week (8/16) reporting I found no warning on the product and requested him to tell me how he will handle my problem. No word yet.

My local dry cleaner said he has had customers having done the same thing. I am certain there are many people who have had my experience. I want the company to replace my pants, since the defect cannot be corrected.

If anyone shares my experience, please let me know. I do not want to see a company betray a customer who shops in good faith.
