Awful experience with this product! (as well as the Oxo Glow) Neither of the two sets of lights that I bought for Christmas gifts didn't work! We followed the directions, charged them as directed in the instructions, and three from the flare set wouldn't even turn on, and 5 of the glow set flickered on and off and when turned on would only stay lit for 3 minutes. Tried this process twice. Could not get either one to work correctly.
Amazon up to this point has been very kind in letting me return these items. I will post again once the return has been resolved. |
