I suspect that the latest oxypowder that I ordered is not the same or as effective than those that I ordered 8 months ago. It's exactly the same container, the same label and ingredients, but it's a smaller capsules than the previous ones that I ordered for the past months and years. The bottle is exactly the same size and both has 120 capsules. The old ones that I have for years, when you opened the bottle it's almost at the very top of the bottle. However, the latest ordered, when you opened the bottle it's only about 3/4 full and the capsules are smaller than the original. The original ones, everytime I'll take 4 capsules, I usually go to the bathroom about 3X a day. But not this one, sometimes I don't even deficate for a day. I don't think I will order this kind again. They must have changed the ingredients, or it's not the genuine Oxypowder that I have been taking for about more than two years now.

Oxy Powder works for everyone I know who has tried it. It regulates eliminations so nothing is too much - no constipation or diarrhea. It's gentle and effective.

works great if you are like me and have trouble going on your own. best of all is i can control it and don't have to run to the bathroom.

This is a really great product and I have used it for years. My last order was filled by an outside company and had the familiar bottle for this product - but the capsules inside are filled with who-knows-what, definately not oxypowder that's for sure. Will only buy this stuff from the manufacturer from now on. I have noticed the bogus, bootlegged, and cloned phenom on Amazon for a few years now. It is particularly rampant in the perfume/ cologne category. Buyer beware. My gratitude to the reviewer who caught this before myself - I was wondering why the heck this stuff quit working all of a sudden.

We use this mainly when we are detoxing, but it's also great to use a couple times
a week to keep your intestines clean. Start with four and increase from there...
things get quite runny!

I have tried many different products for chronic constipation. Some of them needed to be mixed in water, were gritty, or caused cramping or gurgling of the intestines, while others were addictive laxatives. Oxypowder is natural, non-habit forming, in easy pill form, and very effective. I highly recommend it to anyone who has a similar problem!

Take this product before bed so it works through the night. You will need to use the restroom early in the morning

It certainly works to get things moving although it is rather pricey and having to take 6 or more capsules at a time is not too pleasant. It's important to get the dosage right as too much or too little will either be unpleasant or not work at all. If you have chronic constipation you would still need to keep taking this after the cleanse on a continuous basis about every other day to prevent symptoms from returning--it's not a cure. As a cleanse I don't believe that it absorbs and removes the same amount of toxins as a psyllium / bentonite clay cleanse. Not sure if it removes "mucoid plaque" or not either. Personally for long-term colon health I would prefer bulk fiber or the Ayurvedic herbal formula called Triphala. This WILL clean you out quickly, however. It's good to keep some around to clear the system if you've been overeating and have that stuffed-up feeling.
