This is the most logical and easy thing you will ever do to improve your health, lose weight, and get in shape. Fat is dissolved from your body in carbon dioxide- and it is a rare person that knows intuitively how to breathe so that we expel the maximum amount of carbon dioxide. Further, as we are expelling carbon dioxide, the area of the body we are working at that moment is where the benefits of the exhalation are working. You don't have to count calories, you don't have to jog, you don't have to lift weights or do the stair-stepper to lose inches and keep it off; and you can do it in just 15 minutes a day.

I must admit that I feel a whole lot better after this workout, despite all the 'paid promotion' feel that may have surrounded it. Hey, bottom line, this middle age guy is tryin to trim some pounds, and I really feel like this Video/program is a big help. I am NOT getting royalties on this - I am just stating my real feelings about this.

This is NOT a 'skip' tape - check out Jill's 'Level 1' stuff before going into this, as this asssumes that you have done the Oxycise Level 1 thing - but if you have not, and want to cheat, go ahead - just be ready mate!

I just watched this video for the first time and did the stretching and breathing.I am very excited about it. It isn't hard,it feels great and I already feel a little soar. Being diagnosed with hypothyroid and having a hard time losing pregnancy weight I think this might work.
