This is the most logical and easy thing you will ever do to improve your health, lose weight, and get in shape. Fat is dissolved from your body in carbon dioxide- and it is a rare person that knows intuitively how to breathe so that we expel the maximum amount of carbon dioxide. Further, as we are expelling carbon dioxide, the area of the body we are working at that moment is where the benefits of the exhalation are working. You don't have to count calories, you don't have to jog, you don't have to lift weights or do the stair-stepper to lose inches and keep it off; and you can do it in just 15 minutes a day.

I must admit that I feel a whole lot better after this workout, despite all the 'paid promotion' feel that may have surrounded it. Hey, bottom line, this middle age guy is tryin to trim some pounds, and I really feel like this Video/program is a big help. I am NOT getting royalties on this - I am just stating my real feelings about this.This is NOT a 'skip' tape - check out Jill's 'Level 1' stuff before going into this, as this asssumes that you have done the Oxycise Level 1 thing - but if you have not, and want to cheat, go ahead - just be ready mate!

I just watched this video for the first time and did the stretching and breathing.I am very excited about it. It isn't hard,it feels great and I already feel a little soar. Being diagnosed with hypothyroid and having a hard time losing pregnancy weight I think this might work.

i used to workout regularily, when younger, it was exclusively Callanetics. Since menopause, Callanetics was not enough so I researched and tried many other workout programs, like TTapp, Callanetics evolution, Yoga Bikram and Oxycise! Oxycise is the simplest of all and at first, I did not took it seriously but when I began to oxycise with gusto, i saw amazing results on all aspects of my life, even my sleep pattern have improved, my "visit to the toilet" is better than it has been during all my life, my figure have greatly improved. I could go on and on, Oxycise is unique, and maybe the best? The people at Oxycise is nice, very reactive.

WOW! I love this tape! This workout really gets my heart rate up right up where it should be. Since using this tape I've increased my flexiblilty and now I can touch the floor with my fingers! I recommend this tape to all who have already mastered the level one tapes. Everyone should get the level one and instructional tapes BEFORE buying any of the other Oxycise videos. The Oxycise basic breath (which is ONLY taught in the instructional video) is the foundation of this program. If you don't know how to do it correctly, you will not get results. So please make sure that you have already mastered the basic breath BEFORE buying this tape. |
