The earlier reviewer has no clue what they are talking about. I have lost 70 pounds with Oxycise and changed my life. Sorry the reviewer didn't do the program to discover the same miracles I have found using Jill's wonderful, beautiful little miracle of a program.

It's interesting to me that the lowest rated reviews on this video are from those who have done it the least. I have lost weight, 2 jean sizes and gained much strength. I did an hour long Zumba class for the first time without getting winded! I own all of these videos minus the easy does it series. I haven't worked up to the Buns and Thighs Two. It's nice to have so much variety and such a short workout with fast and noticeable results. It did take me some time and practice to get used to the breathing. It was deifinitely worth it.

For those who are criticizing this program, I would bet you turned on the dvd ONE TIME, laughed and scoffed at it, and then got on here and said it was a waste of money. I have been doing it six days per week for 4 weeks now along with staying in a normal calorie range for my age, weight, height), and have lost 10 lbs, and gone down 2 jeans sizes. I am not morbidly obese, I have about 22 lbs to lose after having kids, and I was very athletic growing up, so it's not like I was a couch potato who suddenly tried something the first time and my body is responding very quickly because it's never exercised before. People who do yoga regularly are trim and toned, and Oxycise! is the same idea, just with a specific (and more effective) deep diaphragmatic breathing technique and isometric positions. It works, and if you stick with it, you WILL see results.

I agree that the previous reviewer does not know what they are talking about and must not have actually tried this program.
I lost 46 pounds with Oxycise and still use the dvds to maintain my weight. I love the new Level Two with Aubrey Lee. The workout is shot in such beautiful scenery that I feel so energized and alive after doing the dvd. I have the Oxycise Level One, Level Two, Level Three and Level Four and can't say enough positive things about the program. I highly recommend it and wish I'd found it earlier in my life.

So far, Oxycise Level 2 and 4 are my favorites. Level 2 has a lot of ballet positions that made me feel both graceful and toned. (Level 4 makes me feel strong.) While I haven't lost weight using Oxycise, I have lost inches, toned, and have a lot more energy. I'm a believer.

I have been exercising with this program for a number of years, using the Jill Johnson version. This one is a little different, but I am finding that I like it just as well. I am in my 70's and exercise with this program every day. I wouldn't want to use anything else. In 17.5 minutes, I get the workout I know I need. I don't have to leave the house, and there is no equipment involved (except a chair and a wall). It is perfect for me.

I can't say I have lost inches and inches; I have only been at it for two weeks. I can say that I feel great after finishing a set, I have worked up a sweat and my energy levels have increased significantly. I believe that with consistency, more exercise (in addition to this) and a very healthy diet, there will definitely be results. I do like that you are encouraged to this while pregnant as well. I think that is very important. I would recommend this.
