4.0 out of 5 stars Powerful, but jet orientation is not adjustable enough for small showers
This shower head is great an provides for a great shower experience. However the degree of rotation of the head is too small which can be frustrating at times. Overall I am pleased with the product.
Pros:
- powerful jet of water has massaging effect
- water saving
Cons:
- limited rotation of the head

2.0 out of 5 stars I suspect this thing is junk
I had fine water pressure, but the builder-installed showerheads weren't that hot, and figured anything else would be better. This showerhead looks pretty neat.

If you are standing more then 2 feet from the thing you are getting hit with a cold mist, more like a fog, of water. It sprays water EVERYWHERE, in random directions, so if you have a curtain and not...

I just bought my first house, it only has the one bathroom and the shower has low water pressure. I thought I was going to have to redo the pipes and I bought this shower head in hopes it would tide me over. What a surprise! The shower is PERFECT. If you're looking for a down pour, this isn't your shower. However if you have low water pressure, this gets you the most out of it by far. It feels so much better than my old apartment or my grandparents house and both of those places have good water pressure.

This showerhead is a dream come true for low water pressure. Before I had to rinse at least 2x as long to get soap and shampoo off. The amount of water coming out is about the same as before, but the pressure is so much greater that rinsing is a breeze. I like the adjustable flow, although I keep it on full force for everything but shaving. I only gave this 4 stars because I wish this model could adjust to the off position to conserve more water. Otherwise, great bang for the buck.

been using it for about 3 weeks and far its as advertised. a very powerful jet of water hitting your body giving you an illusion that its using a ton of water when its actually using much less. when i look down to see the flow of water, i noticed it was using much less than my old shower head. the only reason why i didn't give it a full 5 stars was because of the noise it produce. it has this loud jet sound, but other than that, this is a great product.

I installed the Oxygenics shower head today and have used it only once. Based on that admittedly limited experience, I must say it's likely to be the best shower head I've ever owned. It delivers such a forceful flow that if it really restricts water use as advertised it's miraculous. And it seems very solidly constructed. I'm glad the package included Teflon brand plumber's tape. Too bad Consumer Reports didn't include it in its most recent rating of shower heads. It would have been interesting to see how it rated.

If you are standing more then 2 feet from the thing you are getting hit with a cold mist, more like a fog, of water. It sprays water EVERYWHERE, in random directions, so if you have a curtain and not a door, you will constantly be adjusting the curtain to prevent soaking wet walls.

The settings are pointless. If it's not on the "full power" setting, a sporadic spurting drizzle is what you get.

I don't get it. There's really no way to install this incorrectly, so it's not user error. If your face or head is very close to OXYGENICS ELITE SHOWERHEAD it kind of feels good, though.

I was hoping the Oxygenics shower head would give me better pressure, and it didn't let me down. Moreover, because it uses less water than my old shower head, I don't even have to turn the taps on as high. And it was easy to connect -- in fact, it took me far more time to get my old shower head off than put the Oxygenics on! Highly recommended.

If you feel guilty having a long shower and are looking for a water saving shower head that doesn't reduce the quality of your shower experience, this is the perfect answer. I looked long and hard before discovering the Oxygenics range and, after installing my two new Oxygenics heads couldn't be happier. The adjustable flow is perfect when there is more than one person using the bathroom. The lever is really easy to use and the variation in the shower flow goes from a soft gentle light spray to an intensely focused jet that feels perfect when you want to work on tight muscles after exercise. The water reduction with this shower head is significant and it meets all of the claims of the manufacturer. Reviews of some of the other Oxygenic heads complain that the spray is so fine a mist that it is difficult to rinse out hair or wash off soap properly. This is definitely not the case with this model. This is one of the best shower heads I have ever used in terms of saving water without any reduction in spray quality, and it looks really sleek and sexy, too, while being a breeze to install.

I had an expensive showerhead but pressure was low pressure in my old house and we finally said enough. This showerhead makes a powerful stream where before we had a strong trickle. It's a little loud and pressure seems to have decreased in the 6 months that we've had it (perhaps this is seasonal) but it's a great option and definitely works.

4.0 out of 5 stars does the job, June 12, 2007
saw this, though it was interesting with the oxygen enhancement and bought it. it has a pressure adjustment which is very useful. In all its extremely refreshing, so i do recommend it especially with its lifetime cosmetic or parts warranty. gave it 4 stars only because the spray type doesnt change.. otherwise great shower head!
