I used this product Hunting and it is a little noisy, didn't seem to bother the deer much but did make it hard for me to hear much of anything. Also deer still smelled me to some extent you cant have to much air passing through the stand for this to work.

The product performed well. I killed several dear with it in action. Close in they can hear it (at about 8 yards as evidenced by the deer turning towrds me and focussing its ears in my direction then bolting). In the machine's defence - deer would not have come that close without it. HOWEVER, the rechargeable battery no longer performs well. It seems to take less of a charge giving me much less use time in the woods.

Had 8 mature bucks downwind (approx 10mph wind)without a problem. The unit is a little noisy but at 20 yds was not noticed by any of the deer! Great product!

Audible fan noise is a concern, especially on calm days. I suppose this would not be an issue on windy days, but for bowhunting in close quarters, I don't see how one could use this product effectively.

Reviewer no. 3 is right on. I have used this for two years now. I don't worry about the fan noise. It is only noticeable by deer when they are very close and the wind is dead. But the deer would never get that close to you on a still day otherwise.
Also, the battery is its weakness. Starts out great, but is way weaker the 2nd season. Better charge it monthly throughout the year too, or it will permanently die.

Scent control is a big deal for big game hunters today. The Ozonics HR-100 Scent Control Device allows the hunter's presence to go undected allowing more deer to come within bow range of your stand location. One can not go wrong with this purchase.
