P-MATE's are disposable, sanitary, single use cardboard urine directors used to promote hygiene and comfort by allowing females to urinate (pee pee) standing. When unfolded to the "open funnel" position and snuggly placed between the legs to fit against the body and tilted downward (use of graviity is a MUST) it allows females to stand to void (pee); which eliminates the need to "squat". *** THESE MAY NOT BE FLUSHED ***
P-MATE's work well for women with orthopedic problems (knee or hip problems), for use in port-o-lets/ portapotty (public loo); they are also good for little girls who are not quite tall enough to perch over a toilet. Actually they are indispensible for anyone who wants to avoid possible exposure to any number of diseases or conditions that may be present on public toilets or port-o-lets, while providing the comfort of standing. P-MATE's require lowering the pants (and underware) slightly to accomodate the downward tilt that is necessary to prevent spilling. P-Mates are made of recycled materials and finely waxed cardboard for stability.
They fit discreetly in pocket or purse.
Shaped to the female body form. The female urethra empties urine from the bladder into the cupped flow area.

This is a product that has literally changed my life.
I'm an avid concert / festival goer (my husband is a musician) and HATE the thought of using the porta-potties. I tried other products (urinelle) and had good luck sometimes and other times peed on myself (I know, classy). This product is perfectly shaped and makes it so easy! I walk out of the bathroom feeling liberated. As a bonus, they fold up easily to fit in your purse. Girls, seriously you have to try this!

I bought this about a year ago for who is now my wife. At first she thought I was nuts. (I did buy them as a joke) But, when we were in the sierra they actually came in handy, while in a traffic jam with snow coming down. The P-mate worked well as there was no way to get to a restroom. She did not pee on herself and no squatting! I'M NOT SO NUTS AFTER ALL!. Took me a year to write this review as Amazon was too tricky for me back then. :)

This product works great! It can be kind of odd at first so practice at home first. When i first tried it out i felt like a man with an enlarged prostate cuz i couldnt get anything to come out for a minute or two, but then when i got used to the idea it worked well, the only thing is make sure you lean forward and make sure all the liquid is out of the device when you take it out cuz if there is still liquid in it when you take it out you might get pee on your leg, as i did my first time! but after i figured out that i have no problems what so ever and it works great!
