3.0 out of 5 stars Good CD!, June 13, 2002
This review is from: P.Y.T. (Down with Me) (Audio CD)
PYT is an awesome group of amazingly talented girls. Unfortunately, they were dropped from their label because this album did not sell as great as they wanted it to. This album is a really good one. It's a girl group singing a cross between R&B and pop.

1. Who's Lovin' Me - AWESOME acapella piece! Sounds amazing.
2. Same Ol' Same Ol' (ft. Sarai remix) Hot song, totally showing GIRL POWER! lol
3. Yeah, Yeah, Yeah - This one doesn't really show vocal range that much. Not one of my faves.

4. Weak - Good harmonies on this one, but again not a "OOH I LOVE TIHS ONE"
5. Simple Things - Cute song, but not very strong
6. PYT (Down With Me) - I like this one. Good harmonies, catchy tune.
7. I like the Way (kissing game) - boring song.
8. Ain't No Ifs Ands or buts about it - clever lyrics
9. Same Ol' Same Ol' (ft. Sarai, sarai mix) - Like the first remix better.
10. You Don't Know - Ehh, it's alright
11. Sweet Kisses - I LOVE THIS ONE~!~ It's so cute!!! Good harmonies, sweet song, shows lot of vocal range
12. Call me Anytime - I really like this one, too! It has a really cool vibe to it.
13. Deep Down - This one is really good, also. Very good beat.
14. A Girl Can Dream - ONE OF MY FAVES! It's a slow ballad, very sweet, awesome harmonies, PERFECT song.
15. Same Ol' Same Ol' - Still like the FIRST remix better.

Ok, so over all their album wasn't as great as it could have been. If you like just to jam to something, it is a good one to buy. I found ALL of their non album songs awesome though. I believe if these songs had been on the album, it would have done consderably better!
We're Dancing - Off of Center Stage soundtrack. LOVE IT! Good beat, and has all the elements for a good song.
Walk Before We Run - Very cool harmonies, tellin those boys to slow it down
Sooner Or Later - This song is so good! It's a ballad
Simply In Love With You - Kind of has a jazzy retro feel to it, ballad... Love it!
Prove Yourself - Sounds very cheerleaderish! Very cool
Book Of Dreams - Ehh, this one isn't that great. It's like about a diary. good harmonies though
Anywhere U.S.A. - This song is so fun! Makes you wanna get up and dance

So download the nonalbums, and you'll fully LOVE PYT! They were a GREAT band... Stupid record label though. They all are continuing with their music careers, so you will see them around later, though not togther as PYT.

I just picked up this album today and its amazing. PYT has 4 great amazing voices and their songs can really get anybody going. Its perfect for any party. This R&B/Pop is better then Destiny's Child and any other similiar group/solo. WOW! - thats all I can say. Go PYT... your on your way to the top!
