Never communicated well with the monitor, constantly needed to reset which can only be done by pulling battery in monitor and waiting 10+ minutes to get signal. Died after less than a year, very bad purchase

Good idea - Poor execution November 27, 2011

We set up the unit. It worked good for 2 or 3 months. Then it stopped. We checked and the seals allowed water in which cause the batteries to explode. We would not recommend this unit.

The items leaks right out of the box. I tried to fix the seal but was leaking from the top screen.

I would not waste your money on this part.
