Motherboard needs BIOS flash first thing, then works great!,

I am using Vista for Business 64 Bit. The system kept shutting down starting with shutting off the USB ports. I was able to load the BIOS update utility that came with the DVD. I have updated thousands of motherboards from various companies. This is a 32 bit Windows based client that backs up, clears, and flashes the BIOS. It worked! The BIOS flashing cleared my motherboard problems.
Use some of the other utilities included to monitor temperature & fan speeds. This is a sweet product. Related Info: I used the Blue Orb heat sink for my Intel processor. The mounting kit was a perfect fit on this motherboard. I reccomend ditching the factory CPU heat sink.
