Great solution for when you can't find a switchable power source. Probably could build one yourself but not in the compact design. Thanks.

quick fix if you don't know where/how to find a suitable remote wire for an amp. The wires are quite short and don't leave many options to hide the box itself. I connected power and ground wires to the amp power and ground wires for convenience, tapped a speaker wire that was already going into the amp, and insert the remote line into the amp and I was up and running. There's a second delay to help with pops turning on but there is no delay when turning the car off and I get a little warble when I turn off the car.

You connect the (-) to your car chassis, the 12+ battery and a low voltage trigger. The device deliver full 12V to your remote connection in the amplifier. I have it in my mazda cx9 so the power amplifier is not always ON.
