Occationallly need to unplug and reinsert the adapter to make it work, which is a major annoyance. Otherwise the sound is OK. I have a Sony CDX-MP40.

Although I am pretty satisfied with the performance I got from my old Sony MDX-CA680X Minidisc player I always wished to connect to it several other different external audio sources. After researching for several years for a reasonable affordable solution, this "PAC Sony Unilink adapter Aux input turn on" definitively worked out and full filled all my expectations! This has bring new life to my good old player.
