Works okay but there are definitely better products, BodyGlide and Monistat's anti-chafing cream. It didn't last long as the other products I've used. I bought this one because I was looking for a cream version of BodyGlide. Also, I noticed that my hand was sticky and smelled funny after using the product.

It took we a while to learn how much to use and where, but I prefer this product over Glide and other stick-type anti-chafing products. It does feel a little weird until you carefully pull your shorts into place, but after that, you will forget all about it, and really shouldn't have any chafing issues. I have always applied it to my skin, not the chamois, so I can't speak to that aspect of the product. After applying, you can easily clean it from your hands, but it does have staying power unless you are caught in a downpour. I keep a single application (looks like a gel, so be careful not to keep it in your "food" pocket) in my saddle bag for emergency road use. During Jan. I rode over a century a day and this product was my go-to anti-chafing agent. I healed overnight and was ready to go the next morning.

People that say it's expensive don't value their rears. One tube usually lasts over 50 rides so you are definitely getting your money's worth. It washes out easily and is never greasy. Love it and won't ride without it!

If you are into endurance sports(running,triathlons,duathlons,road/mtb cycling)then this is an absolute must buy. I do not train or race without this in my high chafed areas. I've been using this for 6 years and I've used bodyglide, this is the one to get period. Having this on me absolutely eliminates my worries of any chafing and the dreaded raw skin after my workouts.
