This product is perfect! It's exactly what it says, a NEW OEM data sync cable. It is a Palm product, and even comes in the UNOPENED original Palm packaging. It also works beautifully! I definitely recommend it.

I ordered 2 of these so I can keep one at work and the other at home. Both cables were different kinds and lengths. One works fine the other does not. I was planning to return but have not found time to do that yet.

The cable received did work with my phone, but it was not the same as the cable depicted in the photo. The cable only had the data link connection but not the wider connector that also connects with the battery port.

This cable did not have a sync button. When I tried to sync using the sync application on the Treo, it hung the USB bus on my computer. The keyboard, mouse and all other USB devices stopped working. Rebooting didn't fix it; I had to unplug the computer and plug it back in to get the USB bus working again. The Palm sync cable that came with my Treo works fine, so I'm sure that the cable is the problem.

Cable is not for Palm Treo - no data sync button (although one appears in photo).

This item both recharges my Palm 680 and hot synchs just fine. It is just like my original cable so it gives me one to keep in my laptop bag for my travels.

Recommend purchase from dealer. Great price including shipping. Fast delivery.
Recommend this piece of hardware. Charges phone rapidly without creating static on radio and other equipment.
Problem area is hot sync settings for Vista and antiviral software, which is not problem related to this purchase. Support from Palm is minimal at best so I expect to solve problem through web research and perseverance.

I needed this because I got my Palm Treo 650 from a friend without a cable. It's exactly what I needed. I was able to connect to my computer using this and am now happily downloading applications and playing games on my Treo.

This Sync cable DOES have the Sync button.

I had lost my cable and the CD this was a great price and arrived quickly.

It works even better than the original one that came with my Palm. Very tight plug in to my palm, not a loose connection. My original one would not work properly when I would push the sync button on the cord, this one works awesome. One push and it's done.
