I ordered this battery on Nov. 5th (friday), and the battery arrived the following Monday, Nov. 8th (Monday) via a certified mail. Battery worked right out of the pkg, and the battery seemed like a genuine , new Panasonic battery. This is the Second battery for my 10 yr old Panasonic cordless phone, and so far, the cordless phone with this battery is working just fine.
A good product, a grest service at a reasonable price. I recommend this....

You could purchase a cheaper "No Name" battery but you cannot go wrong by purchasing the real thing. This battery will bring back your phone to what it was when you first purchased it.
