Not what I expected,

So I just purchased this item and the one I received only looks about to be 8 by 8, when it is advertised to be "12" tall and 12" wide", Also when removing it from the container the sign was advertised to be "made from weatherproof plastic with premium grade vinyl", but i think it is just card board covered with a clear vinyl coating. This is defiantly what I was not expecting because i have ordered other metal signs offline before.
