The product works. It just won't fit my head and gives me headaches. I have a large head, so if you do as well, this product is not for you! It seems like it would be a good product for someone with a much smaller head. The mic kept pressing into my chin and made it difficult to speak into, again, a malfunction of my large noggin, not the item.
