I have both the green and the blue version of this feeder as well as several other types of hummingbird feeders and the hummers prefer these feeders. Since they are also beautiful to look at hanging in my garden, that's fine with me. The only downside is that there is some dripping from the nozzle, so you may not want to hang these on a deck where the sugar water would drip on the wood.

The feeder is beautiful but it leaks. Birds like it!

this feeder is not only beautiful, but functional as well! I filled it according to directions - totally full so that when you turn it over and put the stopper in it actually overflows..this creates a vacuum - and I hung it in a shady place and for the first time in my yard I have a hummingbird!!
I have just purchased another one (ruby red) and am just as pleased. I think as long as you follow directions, the dripping will not be a problem. Be sure that the stopper is pushed in as tight as it will go. Enjoy! this is a beautiful work of art!

The five stars are for (1) originality, (2) glorious translucent color, (3) easy way to interest non-enthusiastic wildlife observers, (4) brings to focus the needs of birds-not just hummers, and (5) object-d`arte for porch, patio, balcony, or tree. Ease of use and refill allows for maximum pleasure with minimum fuss.

This hummingbird feeder either drips constantly(new from the box, never been washed with soap) or after the initial fluid is used up from the feeding tube, won't refill with the reservoirs holding fluid. I would return both of them if I hadn't bought it 600 miles away. Better stick with an old fashioned, "cheap-o" feeder.Don't waste your money.

I am having a problem with the nectar dripping constantly from the feeding tube. By the end of the day all the nectar has dripped out. Is there a solution from anyone else who has encountered this problem. Thank You.

This feeder had a crack internal to the glass when we received it. The spout dripped liqiud for several minutes when we first installed it. The second time we put the spout with the rubber cork in, the cork went all the way into the glass ball (the cork should have been slightly larger). It does, however, look good hanging from the holder on the tree.

Very artsy and decorative but we've tried everything...even a BB in the stem and it STILL drips. Can't find a webpage for the manufacturer to get help...so buyer beware. Buy as decoration not a feeder!

I like very much the appearance of this feeder and it is attracting hummers but I have trouble with air in the feeding tube even though I completely fill the feeder . How do I solve this problem ?
