This is a no nonsense review of the material. But my son is willing to plug away and do a chapter at a time. There is a review of the material and then a set of multiple choice problems for each lesson. The starting sequence is a fairly boring walk into a school and classroom. My son in jests says this is actually scarier than all of the fun video games. It runs well on XP pro.

I was excited to get these CD's. I tried installing them on both my XP Professional and Vista Home computers and received the same Shrinker.err. After searching high and low, I found that shrinker is similar to winzip and the error comes from not having the latest version of shrinker on the CD.

I'm disappointed to not be able to use these disks. I would be interested in purchasing a copy that works you KNOW works with Vista Home V6 SP1 email me.

What a waste of money. This software is NOT a game. Rather, the software is like an electronic math textbook. Unfortunately, reading about math concepts does not help my dyslexic students.

I bought the whole series for Algebra but I thought I'd write a review already of THIS CD to be of aid to others? It truly IS archaic in presentation; it's 'interactivity' and animations fall into the DOS category. I also found spelling errors as well as some MATH errors, which is quite disconcerting on an instructional MATH CD. If the following Algebra CDs are as 'helpful' as this one, I will pay the extra money to 'take it up a notch', at LEAST past the year 2000, for something better. This CD is barely tolerable for the money.

I TRIED to contact their site as far as patches/Updates go and THINK I sent them a message but, like the CD, there's often no real clarification, so I'm not sure if I'll hear anything.

Excellent transaction. Received timely and in advertised condition. I would do business with this seller again.
