It's cheap and it works OK.

The title pretty much says it. The mount fit my projector fine and holds it up on the ceiling, though I screwed the mount to a board, not directly to the ceiling. The mount will hold the projector in position, as long as you don't touch it. Even with the ball joint tight, if you go to adjust your projector's focus or the zoom, it will probably move. Because of the design, it is very tricky to initially position the projector. You can't set side-to-side, horizontal and then vertical. All axes move at once. You have to tighten the ball enough that it sort of stays put when you move it, but still has enough play that it WILL move. The main reason I bought this mount over a more traditional one is it is short. The Viewsonic 8200 has such a high throw that I needed the projector to mount as close to the ceiling as possible so that the image wouldn't be too low on the wall. Otherwise you have to point it high off center and keystone the heck out of the image, which I really didn't want to do.
