PCT (Channel Master ) #3000A Omnidirectional Antenna,
This review is from: Channel Master Omni-directional SMARTenna (Electronics)
This antenna is pretty good. I'm using it in an attic on a rotor as it's really not, truly "omni-directional". I'd say that because of the signal lose in the attic, it's range is about 20 miles. Stations beyond that are dicey. I'm using it with a Digital Stream 9900 HD/Analog converter. When the wind is blowing, the signal strength varies a bit and the picture will "pixelate" on weaker stations.

I use this in on the outside of the all metal building where I work, at an airport. Since the building is quite close to an active runway and taxiway, there are limits to how high above the building the antenna can be, so it's only about a foot above the (flat) roof.
Even so, it works quite well. I have two tvs connected to it, and they're able to pick up stations as far as 60 miles away, depending on time of day, weather, etc. Even a very weak station about 25 miles away comes in almost all the time. Of course, all stations are digital these days, so if you get any sort of decent signal at all, the picture is quite clear. Still, this antenna seems to do an excellent job overall. It's moderately omnidirectional, but it does receive better if you have the "front" side (marked on the antenna) pointed toward the station. If you use the front performance as 100%, then the back is maybe 80%, and the sides are about 60%. Not too bad, actually, if you know anything about antenna theory. All things considered, it's been well worth the money for me.

this antenna is great if you are close to the TV chanels , it worked great for me when I lived only about 20 miles from the TV chanels , but when I moved it wasn't good enough to bring in TV from 60 miles away, so judge for yourself .
