5.0 out of 5 stars The Best Styli I have everr used-great letter recognition
Hello,

If you are trying to make a decision on which stylus to buy for your palm, get this one. It is worth every cent.

I own the palm IIIx, and IIIxe. I used the PALM 3 pack stylus that you can purchase..., but they can't compete with the panache for letter recognition. I even was using prior to the panache, the write right screen enhancement on the bottom portion...

3.0 out of 5 stars Nice but not what I was looking for, November 11, 2000
This review is from: PDA Panache Custom Palm III Stylus (Chrome) (Office Product)
This stylus has good weight and the chrome makes it look very stylish. I own a palm IIIc and this stylus is much better than the stylus that it comes with. The problem that I have with this stylus is that it doesn't fit perfectly in the slot holder for the stylus. It is slightly too big and it has a tendency to fall out. The orange point is makes it easier to see but the fact that it does not have a spring, like some more expensive models, makes it seem very rigid on the screen. I would recommend this stylus if you use it as a starter stylus. A pentopia stylus has a spring and a pen and at the price makes it a much better stylus.

Hello,

If you are trying to make a decision on which stylus to buy for your palm, get this one. It is worth every cent.

I own the palm IIIx, and IIIxe. I used the PALM 3 pack stylus that you can purchase..., but they can't compete with the panache for letter recognition. I even was using prior to the panache, the write right screen enhancement on the bottom portion of my palm screen thinking it would help with letter recognition, and it did help some, but when I used this new styli I had no need for the screen protector anymore because the letter recognition is great. It also writes very smoothly. It is sleek, and gives your palm a classier look.

Another thing, the manufacturer will guarantee the orange tip of the styli for life, with free replacement. The styli is heavier than the other palm styli which makes it easier to write. I am going to pick up a couple more because the price is right.

Good luck shopping!

5.0 out of 5 stars feels great, looks great, October 4, 2000

I get compliments on this stylus all the time. People love to take it from me and just hold it. It truly feels great. I tried literally dozens of different brands and types of styluses (stlyii?) before I decided this was the best one. I don't need one that's four colors of pen and a pencil and a stylus and has a pocket clip. All I need is a stylus that feels right when I write with it. This one is just about perfect. It's much, much heavier than the standard Palm stylus, and it's longer. The orange tip is highly visible against the screen or the backlight; it almost looks like it glows in the dark. And most importantly, the stylus fits exactly into the Palm III stylus slot, and it stays put. The only little quibble I have is that the stylus comes unscrewed a little too easily (there's a reset pin inside), but then again, I come unscrewed easily myself, so I can relate.

4.0 out of 5 stars THE stylus to own, December 9, 2000

This stylus is a vast improvement over the standard stylus that comes with the Palm IIIc. I do not have any problems with this stylus remaining in the stylus "holster". You just have to push it in until it clicks. If you don't push it all the way in, it will slip out, because of the metal exterior as opposed to plastic. This stylus is heavier, so it feels more like a pen when writing. A good quality product with a lifetime guarantee, and it is very stylish. Mine gets noticed a lot in meetings!

5.0 out of 5 stars Stylus Fitting Issues/PalmGlove Neophrene Case, March 18, 2001

The styli fits better in my palmglove neophrene case than it does in my palm IIIx. FYI:The case is great if you are in the market for a durable case.It that can hold your business cards and some cash. I was in the tropics and without it the humidity would have destroyed my palm. I should state that if you are choosing to store this stylus in any Palm case rather than inside the Palm itself, you should not have any storage issues. Mine fits snug in the Palmglove case. I have owned this stylus now for over 6 months and used it alot and it still has held up. It feels, looks and writes great. The weight of the styli really helps. And no, I do not work for any of these PDA companies.

A must have for palm users. It improved the writing recognition and doesn't miss the spot after buying this. It feels great in the hand too. I love it.

5.0 out of 5 stars This stylus fixed my Palm, May 12, 2001

My IIIc had developed a bad spot in the center of its alpha-writing area which was not receptive to stylus input, causing horribly mangled character recognition. I bought a foldaway keyboard in a desperate bid to extend its useful life, but it wasn't portable enough.

I got the PDA Panache stylus on a whim. Maybe it's just gentle enough on the screen that it seems safer and more natural to press a tiny bit harder ... but regardless, the bad spot becomes MUCH less noticeable when I'm using this stylus.

Other points: The nail-head top makes for a snug fit in the IIIc's stylus holder; no danger of falling out. Nice weighty feel and grooves for finger grip. The orange tip is so gentle on the screen that I'm hesitant to use the original plastic stylus -- for fear of (further) damaging my Palm!

I had been considering replacing my Palm before I got this stylus. Now, I simply don't need to.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than befor, October 29, 2000
This review is from: PDA Panache Custom Palm III Stylus (Chrome) (Office Product)
I bought my first Panache and use it extensively, until I was "asked" by a customer to exchange for her original!

I ordered and the new version:

a.- Has a longer plastic tip that makes easier to see b.- It is much more smoother

I am glad I have the new model. The weight makes a difference and it is also a piece of conversation

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Stylus, June 29, 2001
This review is from: PDA Panache Custom Palm III Stylus (Chrome) (Office Product)
This one is a keeper--6 months of heavey use. I want one just like it with a pen, but can't find one nearly as good. Good weighting, fits like glove in the sylus slot in my IIIxe, and recognition is excellent. All thumbs up.
