I am very happy for the great price from Amazon.com, but the product is only average, which was disappointing. For example in converting a pdf document to Word I have noted a few cases where there are missing letter(s) in a sentence, usually at the end of the sentence on the right-hand margin. Another annoying feature is the conversion to a Word.doc doesn't really occur since it converts the pdf file to a "Word" rich text file. This purchase was my choice and in no way will it discourage me from making future purchases from Amazon.com.

I should've read the reviews, before purchasing this alleged package of hope. For anyone that writes in Microsoft Word and chooses to convert the document into PDF, take my word for it, SAVE YOUR WORD DOCUMENT. Burn it on CD, save it to an external hard drive, onto a diskette even! I was really disappointed with this product, because unlike all of the convincing words displayed on the box, the end result was the exact opposite. Sure, for shorter documents, it was no problem and I was able to edit my Word files without wasting time. But, for my longer files? It actually made the format worse. Whenever I deleted a sentence or restructured some words, there'd be problems with the margins or improper spacings. There were many times when huge gaps of white space were left in between broken paragraphs. Heck, some paragraphs were missing in general and whenever I tried to backspace, words from the missing paragraphs would appear as if invisibly locked inside of a footer. All of this over a few grammar error fixings. It's very frustrating. You have a better chance of just copying and editing from PDF to Microsoft Word manually than relying on this program of faults. For the price, I expected some good results. Instead, all I got was a mess. It's a rip-off.

I love this software. I only wanted to translate a 140 page PDF document to MSWord, and it did exactly that. It converted accurately with no glitches.

I am delighted with this software! I was able to convert a huge PDF file to Microsoft Word. I am now able to edit this file in Microsoft Word. It's great! The conversion is NOT prefect (that's why I didn't give it five stars), but it provides a great basis that I can work with. I'm very happy.
