I don't like to write any review at all, but this time I should warn the consumers about this product. The mat is rubber base with a tiny holes 3 inches apart from each other. Firstly, you can get this kind of quality in Home Depot for less than half of the price. Then the holes are way too small or too far apart to have a good drainage. Finally it's a product I definitely will return if I don't trim it. I'd recommend the knitted base synthetic grass mat, such as... (I don't think it's appropriate to mention another brand). Maybe $10 more expensive than this, but at least you won't regret. This experience will defintely change my aspect of buying product in Amazon. If I can rate this product to negative or 0 star, I'll sure do.

I have worked with this supplier for years and within the last 5 months their ship time and customer service has been terrible. They have a great product, if not a bit over priced, but they have terrible customer service reps. I would place orders and they would send incorrect items to my customers or they just wouldn't send anything to them. I would try to call or email to get the situation fixed and they would ignore me. It took one of my customers up to 3 months to get the correct item. They have a high turnover of service reps and no one would know what was going on. At times they would ship double items to my customers. I have quit working with this company because of all the problems they caused. Like I said the product is good but everything else is lacking.

My dog was having housebreaking problems - not that he didn't want to go outside to relieve himself, but that he didn't care if he was inside or not.
I know this thing is to have an inside-going dog go in the right place, but I used it outside his doggy door to get him to go outside in his dog-run. And it worked (mostly). At first, he rolled in it, but then started marking it, and 3 months later, I can say he obviously prefers it over going anywhere (including inside the house), but still, it's not an overpowering preference, and on occasion he still goes elsewhere. Nevertheless, it's changed the percentage from barely 50/50 to over 90% in our favor, and as a bonus, greatly reduced the number of death-threats he gets from me, which is always a good thing for everyone involved!

Perfect fit.
The item came just as described and fit perfectly into the petapotty station. This item is great if you don't want to hassle buying real sod every other week.
