I purchased these cartridges without realizing that they were refills. You will not get the items pictured. The ink cartridges have been refilled and relabeled with generic stickers; one of mine was even leaking. My Canon printer's ink level will not reset unless the cartridges are new. I assume most newer Canon printers are the same. I am very disappointed. Buy new!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT. I tried to save some money by purchasing the refilled ink but ended up wasting the sales price, around 28.00. I was able to print about 20 copies before the black ink ran out.The color ink leaked. I had to go to Walmart and buy more ink.

After in stalling both crtridges they were not reconized by the printers sofwre and I am still getting replacement notices.

Print -- both black and color -- are good; however, the cartridges do not register remaining ink, so it will be difficult to track remaining ink toward the end of the cartridge. I can work with it on my laptop; however, my wife "ain't gonna like it one little bit" on her desktop/printer configuration.

I usually don't write any negative reviews. But this was especially heinous. The black ran out after printing 35 pages. I thought perhaps my printer was being stubborn and shook it, danced with it, dabbed it with a wet paper towel, and found that it was indeed just empty. Perhaps I just got a bad cartridge but I'm going to judge based on what I received. If it happens that I just did get a bad one, the rest of the positive reviews will balance it out.

The Merchant contacted me after I submitted a negative review of their ink cartridge product and offered to send me a free product if I would remove my negative review of their product. I advised them that since the item was sent to me twice and both times it failed to work I would not change my review even with their offer to send me another product.

Supposed to have both color & black ink in package BUT only has black! Printer does not recognize it no matter how you try to fool it! Don't be ripped off!

I got these because the price was better, and some of them worked fine. The ones that worked gave me only one problem... my printer didn't recognize that they were FULL cartridges and warned me that they were empty. But I could get along with that. I wasn't too worried, just used them anyway! Then to my dismay there was one cartridge that the printer totally rejected. It would give me warnings and refuse to print. At that point I decided to go back to buying the "Canon" brand name ones from Sams Club. There I can get a pack of 3 (2 blacks and 1 color)for just under $60, which comes to about $20 per ink cartridge.

When I installed the cartridges into my printer the printer told me that it did not recognize the ink cartridge that I had put in, this happened right when I really needed to print something for school and my old one was empty

This is my second time buying refurbished ink cartridges. Love them! Only down side is I don't know what level the ink is at but I can live with that for the price. For those who have complained that they don't work with your printer, all you have to do is hold the stop button down for about five seconds and it resets it and allows them to print even though it thinks they are empty.
