I purchased the PH strips to check the anti-freeze in my car (better to check it yourself than ask the repair shop to check it). I used the strips to get a Ph reading from the container of anti-freeze I'd used to refill the radiator, and checked that against tht PH of the anti-freeze in my car. Strips are color coded and were easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone whishing to periodically check the anti-freeze in their truck or auto to see if the anti-freeze needs to be flushed and replaced.

This is the perfect ph paper on a budget. Works great in my freshman science class. No worries.

I have been using this product on our tap water and fish tank. It work very well.

Product was smaller than expected (actual strips), I'm uncertain whether the specifications were stated. Shipped well before expected arrival time and was packaged safely. Product worked well, I wanted to test the PH of my aquarium at home.

For a high school science project...yeah, I guess they would be fine. For testing food products and soil pH, they aren't worth the little plastic tubes they came in.

I purchased these to test the acidity of BBQ sauce that I planned to can for long term storage. The test strips are easy to use, though the tomato product in the sauce stained the litmus paper, putting the accuracy of reading the results of the test strips in question. This is a decent product, though I think you would be limited to testing products less colorful then a tomato based product.

For what they are the test strips are OK. The best bet is to purchase a test kit.
