Great Value For Money Product
I bought this DVD Micro Stereo System about a month ago. I am still amazed by its quality. For starters, I did not have great expectations, but the sound quality is great. I only realized it when i connected it to the TV and popped in a DVD. The sound was great. I would happily recommend this product. The only downer so far has been the Radio. May be I can buy a different...

badly designed CD player
after a couple of months the CD player went belly up - the CDs are held by a plug with 3 spring loaded tapered tension plugs and it comes off ruining the CD. Definitely badly designed. Expected a better product from Philips regardless where it is made (China)

I bought this DVD Micro Stereo System about a month ago. I am still amazed by its quality. For starters, I did not have great expectations, but the sound quality is great. I only realized it when i connected it to the TV and popped in a DVD. The sound was great. I would happily recommend this product. The only downer so far has been the Radio. May be I can buy a different antenna and connect it. Other than that I also felt the shipping cost was too much. About 50% of the price of the product ;)
