This LCD is powered by Philips' Pixel Plus2 digital picture processor, which enhances the sharpness as well as the color reproduction, resulting in the finest color details and superior brilliance.

This 16:9 widescreen TV features a width-to-height ratio similar to movie theater screens, providing a theater-like experience at home. View HDTV broadcasts and widescreen DVDs the way they were meant to be seen. The Active Control Plus feature continuously measures and corrects all incoming signals to help provide the best picture quality, monitoring and correcting both the sharpness control and noise reduction control. The Digital Natural Motion feature eliminates juddering effects that are visible with moving picture content by estimating motion in the picture and correcting movements--in both broadcast and DVD playback.
