Does not do what it says it will do,

This DVD player will not play Region 4 DVDs from Brasil contrary to its claim that it will play all regions. I do not have any other region DVDs to try, but I would be very skeptical that it would play them either. At least it was cheap, but I will not buy another Phillips product again.
