I cannot begin to describe how poorly this was packaged, especially because it contains Terra Cotta bowels. The review said that they didn't package appropriately but I purchased it anyway (thought that they would have figured out the whole packaging thing by now). Anyway, I'm off to the Post Office to return the pieces.

Coils do a great job keeping the bugs away. Terracotta dish arrived busted due to poor packaging.

As per the other complaints. My holder was not broken and its beautiful. I actually burn mine in the house and it keeps those pesky mosquitoes AWAY!!! I finally found something that works.
